Brief: Working in a team, create a communications strategy and accompanying film to promote Very x Re-Fashion, and encourage consumer participation. (Group project)
We were given a classic film to watch as the starting point for our creative concept process. Our film was ‘North by Northwest’ an Alfred Hitchcock 1959 picture. From this, we took inspiration from styling and other insights we found about the millennial female consumer and came up with our final concept: Essential Abstraction.
Pushing the millennial female consumer to declutter and refresh their wardrobe with a less is more approach.
Response: Jay Harris, a film producer, liked our shots and the transitions we used. He said it was “fast past and engaging”.
